PG&E, in conjunction with Southern California Edison (SCE) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), will conduct a Request for Proposal (RFP) with firms to measure and evaluate the load impacts for the California Statewide Capacity Bidding Programs in accordance with the Load Impact Protocols adopted by the California Public Utilities Commission in Decision (D.) 08-04-050. The evaluation seeks to estimate program year 2021 and 2022 ex-post impacts and program year 2022-2033 and 2023-2034 ex-ante impacts.

The successful bidder may bid individually or with specified subcontractors, with expertise in demand response evaluation. Successful bidders must have experience managing complex projects and coordinating work across multiple teams, including existing demand response programs. Additional information will be provided via the Registration acknowledgement email.
