Description
Under the direction of the Senior Credit Administrator, the Loan Administrator assists and supports the underwriting team and credit administration by performing due diligence tasks and maintaining loan files.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for gathering and organizing due diligence reporting documents (Credit reports, DNBs, UCC Searches, Preliminary Reports, Environmental Reports, Flood Certificates, and Lexis Nexis)
- Maintaining loan documents in nCino (Uploading and certifying accuracy)
- Organizing and tracking documentation (Financials, Entity Documents, and collateral documents) within the file
- Completing internal documents (New Account Worksheet, Loan Audit Checklist, Appraisal Engagement Letter, Welcome Letters, and Beneficial Ownership Forms)
- Assist with monitoring current loan portfolios
- Draft agreements for Loan Officer review (SNDAs, Estoppels, Deferment Agreements, or Guidance Line Documents)
- Ensuring proper financials used in Loan Officer’s underwriting have been uploaded and approved in nCino.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office products
- Aptitude to function in a team environment, manage time efficiently, and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Education and Experience
- At least two years of experience with a financial institution preferred
