To expose and educate 500+ youth per year who represent the underserved /and underrepresented areas of the Sacramento region, and to provide them the digital and job readiness skills to occupy some of the 1.4 million tech/computing/STEM related job openings expected to be available in the U.S. by 2021, along with empowering these youth to be innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities, and builders of their own futures. *S.T.E.A.M.E.D. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Entrepreneurship, and Design)

 

To empower, educate, and immerse underserved /underrepresented youth ages 12 – 24 in all things *S.T.E.A.M.E.D. and careers in STEM. We expose and educate youth to the growing careers in STEM through our three innovative and comprehensive programs Code for Hood eSTEAMED Academy Urban Foundry.
