Kevin Christophe, PhD, PMP®, Prosci®, CSM® is the sole proprietor of Progress Consulting, an Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management consultancy. He provides effective change management and training solutions for technology adoption projects in private and public sector organizations that have consistently resulted in the achievement of project objectives. Kevin holds a PhD and MA in Organizational Psychology. He also has three (3) certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)®. and Change Management Practitioner – Prosci®. Kevin has written three journal articles on executive coaching, making diversity work for increased organizational performance and best practices for employee resource groups (ERGs). He also produced the African American Sourcebook: Tribute to Thurgood Marshal published by the Federal Judiciary. Kevin’s OD experiences include climate assessment, leadership development, and diversity management. His OCM skills and experience are communications, OCM planning, stakeholder analysis, and engagement, change impact and readiness assessments, and training management for large-scale technology adoption projects. Kevin has received several high-end performance ratings for these services in private and public sector organizations.
