Payment: Negotiable
Hours: Up to 10-40 hours/month

Job Description
Under the direction of the Executive Director, The Power of SHE Project Coordinator’s role is to provide comprehensive program and administrative support to project participants for the continued success of the entrepreneurial program.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Takes to lead on communicating with youth, facilitators and mentors.
 Ensure sessions are well run.
 Ensure all materials and equipment are in proper working condition for sessions.
 Organizes Showcase Event.
 Coordinate and support educational program events with project participants.
 Coordinate and assist in the successful implementation of projects, as assigned.
 Measure progress and impact of the program and each program participant.
 Assist with trainings.
 Coordinate with program vendors.
 Proactive approach in identifying and responding to requests and needs.
 Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
 Provide comprehensive support, as needed and directed.
 Communicate program progress with Executive Director on a regular basis.
 
Skills Needed
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Public speaking and presentation skills.
 Comfort managing project participants.
 Strong project management skills.
 Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, completing assignments in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
 Ability to perform required project tasks independently.
 Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
