Ms. McClanahan's grant writing experience spans the 15+ years of her non-profit experience. Her collective experience includes over 50 grants and over $6 million in successful grant applications that cover all areas of psycho social development as well as community economic development. Capitalizing upon skills and knowledge gleaned from 8 years in Corporate America prior to venturing into the non-profit arena, she is able to wed her experiences to bring a view and understanding of the needs of both to forge alliances to create collective impact around issues of workforce development and self-employment
